ASTM D732: Standard Test Method for Shear Strength of Plastics by Punch Tool

This test method covers the procedure for shear strength determination of plastics in the form of sheets, plates, and moulded shapes in thicknesses from 1,27 to 12,7 mm (0,050 to 0,500 inches). The specimen geometries are analyzed with our precise measuring microscope. With our accurate static testing machines, we can guarantee a standard-compliant determination of the maximum compressive force.
